e-tron® quattro

The e-tron® quattro concept will be the very first fully electric Audi SUV. It's estimated to have an acceleration of 0-60 MPH in 4.6 seconds, an estimated top speed of 130.5 MPH, and an estimated electric range of 310 miles.

e-tron® Sportback Concept

This sleek all-electric coupe-like concept mirrors the same aspects you love about the gasoline-powered model with all-electric capabilities. In terms of specs, the Audi e-tron® Sportback concept is estimated to accelerate from 0-60 MPG in 4.5 seconds, has an electric drive of 320 kW, and an electric range of up to 310 miles.

e-tron gt concept

e-tron® GT concept

The e-tron® GT concept breaks down all barriers of what electric vehicles are able to achieve. The GT prototype is powered by pure electricity but looks like it's ready to race.

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) vs. Pure Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV)

Have you seen the terms PHEV and BEV, but have always wondered what they meant? PHEV stands for 'plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.' This means that PHEV models are powered by both gasoline and electricity. In order to recharge, the vehicle must be plugged into a charging port. The Audi A3 Sportback e-tron® is considered a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. BEV stands for 'pure battery electric vehicle,' which means that these models run strictly on electricity. The three concept vehicles mentioned above are considered pure battery electric vehicles.
